Vera Lucas

Vera Lucas has a diverse work experience in the field of rewards, people matters, and human capital consulting. Vera is currently the Global Head of Rewards & People Matters at Indie Campers since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture Portugal, where they held various roles including Total Rewards Lead, Total Rewards Associate Manager, and Compensation & Benefits Specialist from 2012 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Human Capital Consultant at Mercer from 2005 to 2011.

Vera Lucas obtained a Licenciatura degree in Psicologia Social e das Organizações from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada between 1999 and 2004.
