Sage Scroope

Sage Scroope has a diverse range of work experience in the film and entertainment industry. They began their career as an intern at World Wide Entertainment and Lionsgate in 2009. They also worked as a Producer at the University of Southern California, where they produced The Empire Lights and a Spec Commerical. Sage served as an Assistant to the Head of Worldwide Distribution and Acquisitions at BOS Entertainment in 2011, and later became a Producing Mentor and Teaching Assistant at the American Film Institute. They then joined Starlight Studios as an Executive Vice President, focusing on producing unique and entertaining stories. In 2013, Sage began working at YouTube Red, Google as the YTO Executive in Charge, and later joined Indigenous Media in 2017 as the EVP of Production. Throughout their career, Sage has also produced independent feature films, music videos, and commercials at Foreshadowed Films.

Sage Scroope has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNSW, with a double major in English and Theatre, and a film sub-major. They also attended Bethany College from 1994 to 1999. In addition, Sage holds a certificate IV from MetroScreen Australia in Producing, Screenwriting, and Production Management. They completed their Master of Fine Arts degree in Producing from the American Film Institute from 2008 to 2010.
