Alie Sloan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Indigo since May 2010, where responsibilities include supporting the Supply Chain and Home Office. Previous roles at Indigo encompass positions such as Director of Human Resources - Supply Chain and Human Resources Manager for Central Canada, focusing on talent development, performance management, employee relations, and legal compliance. Alie has also provided generalist HR support for various functions in retail and distribution environments. Prior to Indigo, Alie was an HR & Communications Coordinator at Linamar. Alie holds a BA in Political Science from Dalhousie University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
