Mathias Saver

Mathias Saver, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist at Indivumed Therapeutics, focusing on quality control of multiOMIC datasets and the development of bioinformatics tools. Prior to this role, Mathias completed a postdoctoral fellowship at EMBL, analyzing RNAseq and ATACseq data in relation to schizophrenia. Additional experience includes a Data Science Fellowship at Springboard, where Mathias created a recommender system, and a postdoctoral associate position at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, studying neuronal contributions to reward processing in fruit flies. Academic credentials include a PhD in Biology from the University of Chicago and a MSc in Biochemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, complemented by teaching assistant roles in various biological disciplines.
