Biresh Ranjan Das

Biresh Ranjan Das has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles in different companies. Biresh Ranjan is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Indorama Ventures | Global Business Services. Prior to this, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt. Ltd. and Titagarh. Biresh Ranjan also worked as the Owner, Passionpreneur, Human Capital Expert and Transformation Catalyst at UBUNTU - Partnering People Excellence. Before that, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Vikram Solar. Biresh Ranjan has also worked as a GM-HR at Bharti Airtel Limited and as a Cluster Head - HR at L&T ECC. Biresh Ranjan began their career as a Senior Manager- Human Resources at Sayaji Group.

Biresh Ranjan Das completed their Executive MBA in Leadership Transformation from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Human Resource from the University of Calcutta from 2001 to 2003. Biresh Ranjan also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Calcutta, which they earned from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Biresh Ranjan Das has obtained several certifications, including Developing a Competitive Strategy, Digital Transformation, People Analytics, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, Embracing Unexpected Change, and Leading and Working in Teams, from LinkedIn in 2020.
