Shashi Shekhar Misra

Shashi Shekhar Misra has been working in the legal field since 2018. In that year, they became an Official Para-Legal Volunteer with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) and Legal Aid Society of Campus Law Centre. Shashi Shekhar was also a Registered Student Member of the Legal Aid Society, Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. In 2020, they were an Editor for The Law Review Anthology and Awaaz- The Blog, Legal Aid Society, Campus Law Centre. Shashi Shekhar was also a Legislative Intern at the Office of Dr. Vikas Mahatme, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha. In 2021, they became an Associate - Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) at IndusLaw, a Legal Intern at Wordict-IP® and a Legal Intern - TMT & IP and Intellectual Property at Nishith Desai Associates and United IPR, respectively.

Shashi Shekhar Misra has an extensive education history. Shashi Shekhar started their educational journey in 1993 at Green Lawns High School in Mumbai. Shashi Shekhar then attended St. Xavier's High School in Ahmedabad from 1998 to 2005, where they completed their studies up to Class 10. In 2005, they moved to Kolkata and attended La Martiniere For Boys, where they completed their Class 11 and 12 studies. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Hindu College, University of Delhi, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science. In 2010, they enrolled at Jawaharlal Nehru University, where they earned a Master of Arts in Political Science in 2012. In 2018, they enrolled at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2021. Shashi Shekhar has also obtained several certifications, including a Workshop on Entertainment Laws from the Indian Society of International Law in 2022, Advocate from the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in 2021, and a Certificate in Trade Mark Practice from the National Law University, Jodhpur in 2020.
