Samuel Young

Samuel Young has a strong background in finance, with their most recent position being the Head of Foreign Enterprises Finance in the Asia-Pacific Business Department at ICBC (Asia) since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Executive Director in the same department from September 2018 to October 2019. Before joining ICBC (Asia), Samuel worked at MUFG for ten years, where they held various roles such as Vice President, Analyst, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Relationship Manager. Samuel'sresponsibilities at MUFG included overseeing the China Business Group and Corporate Banking Office for Greater China, as well as working in project finance for the Americas and Japanese corporate relationships.

Samuel Young completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History & Japanese Studies at The University of Hong Kong from 2004 to 2008. In 2006 to 2007, they also participated in the JTW Program at Kyushu University, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
