Megan Obley

Megan Obley has a diverse work experience, starting as a Math Teacher at The Academy Charter School in 2016, where they designed and taught math lessons to middle and high school students. Megan also integrated technology and hands-on learning in the classroom and maintained accurate records. In 2015, they worked as an Academic Teacher at Urban Impact Foundation, implementing a software-based math program and ensuring students comprehended the curriculum. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Private Tutor, creating individualized improvement plans and compiling targeted resources for students. Megan also has experience at CMMI Institute, where they served as a Customer Support Specialist, troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing product fulfillment through Salesforce. As an Administrative Assistant, they managed reporting and customized object structures. Currently, Megan works at Industrial Scientific as a Technical Support Specialist, defining requirements for automation improvements, optimizing processes, and training new team members.

Megan Obley obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from Grove City College, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Eden Christian Academy from 2009 to 2012, but did not obtain a degree or declare a field of study there. In addition to their formal education, Megan has also obtained several certifications, including "Salesforce for Customer Service" from LinkedIn in September 2019, "Excel 2016 Essential Training" from Lynda.com in November 2017, and "Learning Salesforce" from Lynda.com in November 2017.
