Sasha Bakshi has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Account Planning and Management Trainee at IN1947 Innovation Design Pvt. Ltd. In 2017, they held two positions, as a Design Consultant at Calligaris S.p.A. and as a Sales Representative at BoConcept. In 2019, they worked as an Account Coordinator at CIRARI. Currently, they are employed at Industry West as a Support Manager, Client Relations Strategist, and Customer Service Representative.

Sasha Bakshi completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Women's Christian College in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from St.Michael's Academy in 2012, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, they obtained a Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design certification from Coursera | Google in October 2021.
