Steve Deal

Steve Deal has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Steve founded and served as Chairman of Indyme Solutions Inc in 1986. In 1979, they worked as a Special Projects Manager at Scientific Atlanta until 1987. From 1977 to 1983, they were the Chief Engineer at KMJC Radio, and from 1977 to 1981, they held the same position at KECR Radio. Steve also worked as a Technician and Technical Writer at Anaconda Telecommunications from 1975 to 1977. Steve served as an AC&W Radar Technician in the US Air Force from 1971 to 1975. Steve later became involved in the nonprofit sector, taking on roles such as Audit Chair and Board Member at the San Diego Rescue Mission from 2007 to 2018, and Disaster Responder & Preparedness Educator at the American Red Cross of San Diego/Imperial Counties starting in 2015.

Steve Deal attended Cleveland Institute of Electronics from 1972 to 1974, where they obtained an AS equivalent degree in Electronics with a focus on Broadcast Engineering. Steve further pursued their education at Grossmont College from 1977 to 1979, earning an AA degree in General Business and Sociology.
