Carol Meichner-Smith

Carol Meichner-Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carol currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at InEight since March 2019. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Business Partner at InEight from January 2018 to March 2019.

Before joining InEight, Carol worked at APL Logistics as a Sr HR Manager, Operations and Systems from December 2015 to May 2017. Prior to APL Logistics, they held the position of Sr. HR Manager, Staffing and Reporting at APL from August 2011 to December 2015.

Carol also worked at Apriva as a Senior HR Manager from December 2009 to August 2011. Apriva is a privately-held corporation that provides secure wireless transaction and data transmission solutions.

Carol gained extensive experience at Honeywell Process Solutions, where they held various HR roles including HR Manager from December 2007 to December 2009, Principal HR Generalist from November 2005 to November 2007, HR Process Specialist from August 2004 to November 2005, and Sr. HR Administrator from May 2002 to August 2004.

Additionally, Carol has experience working as an Executive Corporate Administrator at Fluke Networks (formerly Microtest) from 1999 to 2002, and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at RSC Equipment Rental from 1997 to 1999.

Carol Meichner-Smith attended Bryant University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance with a minor in Psychology.
