Gordon Freedman

Gordon Freedman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial control and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Financial Controller at INEOS, Gordon manages an annual revenue budget of €1.5 billion across multiple petrochemical manufacturing plants and gas power stations. Previously at Rolls-Royce, Gordon held several leadership roles, including Financial Controller & Head of Service Delivery for Cost Operations, where significant contributions included leading a Finance Transformation Programme and overseeing a large team of finance professionals. With a strong background in project management from Dell and finance management at IBM, Gordon has demonstrated expertise in financial governance, strategic planning, and cost reduction initiatives.
