Artūras Lazarevas

Head Of Customer Support at Infare

Artūras Lazarevas has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Telesales employee at Marketingo strategijos. In 2010, they joined JD Wetherspoon as a Supervisor until 2013. Since 2014, they have been with Infare, starting as a Technical Support Professional and later progressing to Customer Support Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Customer Support, overseeing high-performing teams and acting as a link between development, management, and customers.

Artūras Lazarevas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009. In 2012 to 2013, they studied Computer Science at Udacity. Prior to these higher education experiences, from 1993 to 2005, they attended Šiaulių Stasio Šalkauskio gimnazija. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Revenue Management and Pricing from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2022 and in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX in 2017.
