Patrizia Böttcher

Patrizia Böttcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. From October 2016 to September 2018, they worked as a Dual Student at KCIG. In September 2018, they started working at TECOSIM Group as a Recruiting professional, where they recruited specialists in the automotive, IT, and aerospace technology sectors. Their role involved conducting interviews, managing the application process, and recruiting for both national and international positions. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Recruiter at RIS Consulting GmbH. In 2020, they joined CHECK24 Vergleichsportal as a Junior Recruiting Specialist. Currently, they are working at INFARM, initially as a Talent Attraction Partner, and in March 2023, they were promoted to the role of Senior Talent Attraction Partner.

Patrizia Böttcher completed their Master's degree in Personalmanagement at IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre with a specialization in Personalmanagement from iba - Internationale Berufsakademie between 2016 and 2019.
