Amruta Bapat

Amruta Bapat has over 10 years of experience in the People Science field. In 2012, they began their career as a Behavioral Analyst at Jombay and was promoted to Lead Behavioral Analyst and Head of People Science during their time there. In 2019, they moved to Mentoria as Head of People Science. In 2020, they began consulting for companies to help them build assessments and provide OD and OB practices. Most recently, in 2022, they joined inFeedo as Associate Director of People Science Research. Her role includes utilizing AI to engage employees, predict attrition, and answer FAQs. Amruta has also completed an introductory course for R from the Cambridge Psychometric Centre.

Amruta Bapat completed a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fergusson College in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fergusson College in 2010. Additionally, they have obtained a Level A and Level B certification: Combined Occupational Test User from The British Psychological Society in February 2019, and a C1/M3 German Language certification from Goethe Institut Pune in May 2008.
