Trapti Tiwari

Trapti Tiwari has worked in the HR and recruitment field since 2015. In that time, they have held five different positions. From 2015-2017, they were a Senior Recruitment Specialist at AddRec Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and a Senior Recruiter at TRAZO EdTech LLP. In 2018, they became an Assistant Manager HR at Recruitment Cell. In 2021, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Mesh (YC S20). Her most recent role is Manager- People Success [Talent and Culture] at inFeedo, which they began in 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the entire core Non-Tech and Tech hiring process, managing the full recruitment life cycle, and working on employer branding plans.

Trapti Tiwari completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration -HR from Narayana Business School in 2015.
