Srikrithi Kartik

Srikrithi Kartik has worked in various roles since 2017. Srikrithi began their career as a Marketing Associate at Clear Water Group Bangalore. In 2017, they also took on a Business Development Manager role at OYO. In 2019, they joined Locus.sh as a Customer Success Manager, where they handled multiple accounts simultaneously and contributed to revenue additional to the ARR through Upsells, Cross-sells and Expansion. Srikrithi also worked on tools and softwares such as Customer Success Box, Pendo, Jira and Zendesk while ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to process flow. In 2020, they joined inFeedo as an Associate Director - Customer Success and later as a Sr. Customer Success Manager. Srikrithi maintained good account health by identifying red flags early and resolving issues quickly.

Srikrithi Kartik obtained their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiv Nadar University between 2012 and 2016.
