James Nguyen has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a background in various roles such as System Application Engineer, Product Line Management, and Senior Sales Engineer Manager. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Service Operations at Infinera, James has also held leadership positions at companies like Ciena Communications and Lucent Technologies.
