Ritu Narang

Ritu Narang is currently serving as the Head HR, APAC at Infinera since August 2021. Prior to that, Ritu held the position of HR Director at Cognizant from June 2018 to August 2021. With a strong background in HR, Ritu has experience in various companies such as Accenture, Thomson Reuters, Siemens Information Systems Ltd, JK Technosoft, and Planet E-Com Solutions in different HR roles. Ritu holds an MBA from Banasthali Vidyapith and a Masters in Science from Rohilkhand University. Throughout their career, Ritu has showcased expertise in areas like total rewards, leadership development, inclusion & diversity practices, mergers & acquisitions, and talent management.
