Prior to this, they were a UX/UI Lead & Product Designer Digital for Noordhoff from 2019 to 2021, a Founder of Wells Rich Greene from 2017 to 2019, a UX Design Lead, Centre of Excellence UX and Digital Art Director, Senior Digital CX, UX & UI Designer for VodafoneZiggo from 2012 to 2017, a Works Council Member - Lid van de ondernemingsraad van Vodafone Nederland, Senior Digital Experience Designer & Art Director Digital, and Design Champion & Sr. Lead Designer - Vodafone Group - Business Management & Experience Design for Vodafone from 2012 to 2017, an Art Director for Clockwork from 2010 to 2012, an Interactive Art Director for Storm Digital | Part of Accenture Interactive from 2009 to 2010, an Art Director for Clockwork from 2005 to 2009, and a Co-Founder and Creative Director for Variomatic.biz from 2001 to 2005.

Rolf Geerts attended art school and the school of life from 1968 to 1988, earning a Master degree in Design.
