Julia Wysocka-Santos has a diverse work experience. Julia began their career as an Assistant to the Third Committee Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Poland to the United Nations in 2013. Julia then worked as an Account Manager and Customer Care Coordinator at Booking.com from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Experience Manager and E-commerce Operations at SHHHOWERCAP. In 2019, they moved to Unbound as a Customer Experience Manager. Her current role is Head of CX at Infinite Objects, which they have held since 2022. Additionally, from 2012 to 2013 they worked as a Freelance Creative Operations Coordinator, Assistant Stylist, and Journalist.

Julia Wysocka-Santos graduated from the University of Warsaw in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Julia began their studies at the University of Warsaw in 2010.
