Ankit Agarwal

Ankit Agarwal is the Head of Legal at Infinity Learn. Prior to joining Infinity Learn, Ankit was a Senior Legal Counsel at Zomato from October 2020 to September 2021. Ankit was also a Legal Counsel at Zomato from September 2018 to October 2020. Before joining Zomato, Ankit worked as a Manager - Legal at Info Edge India Ltd from April 2015 to August 2018, where they were responsible for end-to-end contract management, including contract negotiations, redlining, drafting and closure. Ankit also provided legal advice to various business and support teams in the daily functioning of the organization, responded to notices from law enforcement agencies and represented the organization in court proceedings, as and when required. Prior to Info Edge India Ltd, Ankit worked as an Analyst - Contract Management at SirionLabs Private Limited from February 2015 to April 2015 and as a Legal Associate at Navisite India Private Limited - A Time Warner Cable Company from August 2013 to January 2015.

Ankit Agarwal has completed their BALLB (Hons.) from the University Of North Bengal in the field of Legal. Ankit has also completed their West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education from Commerce stream from Margaret (Sister Nivedita) English School. Ankit has completed their ICSE from St. Joseph's Convent. Ankit has also done a certification from Coursera in Internet Giants: The Law and Economics of Media Platforms. Ankit has also done a certification from Data Security Council of India in DSCI Certified Privacy Professional.
