Tea Jermaniš is a People & Culture Assistant at Infinum, focusing on employee engagement, learning and development initiatives, and employee satisfaction. Prior to this, Tea worked as a Career Counselor at FER and gained recruitment experience as a Recruitment Intern at Tx Group. With a background in Psychology and extensive involvement in marketing and sales roles, Tea is currently pursuing CIPD Qualifications in People Management.
