Dr. Neha Bhopatkar

Dr. Neha Bhopatkar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Neha started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at First Computers (Cyber Quest Software Education) in 1998, where they were responsible for counseling students, achieving sales targets, and office administration. Dr. Neha then joined McW Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in 2000 as a Marketing Coordinator, where they organized induction programs, completed joining formalities for new hires, and handled administrative responsibilities. In 2003, they moved on to PT education as an Academic Coordinator, where they trained new team members, provided career counseling, and managed office administration. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Arihant Institute of Management Studies, mentoring MBA and BBA students and teaching HR subjects.

In 2014, Dr. Bhopatkar became an Assistant Professor at Vishwakarma Institute of Management, Pune, where they mentored MBA batches, taught HR subjects, and guided students for dissertations and paper publications. After that, they joined ISB&M as a Faculty in OB & HR and Campus Head, teaching courses on Organizational Behavior, HRM, and T&D to PGDM students. Dr. Neha conducted workshops on various topics such as goal setting and time management.

In 2016, Dr. Bhopatkar went back to InfoBeans as an Associate Director HR, and in 2022, they became the Chief People Officer at KC Overseas. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies, talent management, change management, performance management, and compensation. Dr. Neha provided strategic leadership and articulated HR needs to the executive management team and the board of directors.

Dr. Neha'smost recent role is as an Associate Director HR at InfoBeans since 2023. Throughout their career, Dr. Neha Bhopatkar has demonstrated expertise in HR management, teaching, mentoring, and strategic leadership.

Dr. Neha Bhopatkar received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology from PMB Gujarati Science College from 1992 to 1995. Dr. Neha then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore, from 2004 to 2007. Later, from 2008 to 2013, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
