Dylan Levy has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dylan started their career in 2010 as a Support Technician at IT-Specialists Inc. In 2011, they joined Pilot Flying J as a Desktop Analyst and later became a POS Retail Systems Administrator. In 2015, they moved to Bush Brothers & Company and became part of the Infrastructure Team, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise systems. During their tenure, they led projects such as the migration to Office 365 and the implementation of workflow and forms tools. In 2019, Dylan joined Infocenter as a Practice Leader, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy customer solutions using ServiceNow. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, DEVSHOP™ Managed Services at Infocenter.
