Sathya Sai Swaroop M R has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Sathya Sai Swaroop currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Digital Engineering at Infogain, where they lead the Architecture, Consulting, and Technology Practice globally. Prior to Infogain, Sathya worked at Cognizant as the Global Solutions Leader and Head of Analytics for the Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality business, driving end-to-end solutions from ideation to go-to-market. Sathya Sai Swaroop also held leadership roles at Happiest Minds Technologies, where they established and won business in new geographies and led the Global Mobility Practice. Earlier in their career, Sathya worked at Accenture in India, leading the Mobility Geo Capability and building high-performance teams. Sathya Sai Swaroop began their career at BPL Systems and Projects Ltd. as a Senior Engineer and later worked at Knoxware as a Software Engineer. Sathya has a strong background in digital transformation, solutions development, and leadership in various technology domains.
