Vatsalya Jain

Vatsalya Jain has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Vatsalya is currently working at Infogain as the Vice President of Engineering, specializing in Cloud & Data Analytics. Prior to this role, they served as a Sr Director of Product Engineering at Incedo Inc. from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Incedo Inc., Vatsalya was the Director of Engineering at GlobalLogic from 2018 to 2020. Vatsalya also held the position of Director of Delivery at Nagarro from 2015 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Dell Technologies as an Engineering Program Manager from 2007 to 2014, and as an Architect from 2006 to 2007, where they played a pivotal role in incubating and establishing a successful India Mobile development team.

Vatsalya also has experience as a Senior Consultant at HCL Technologies, where they were responsible for setting up the onshore delivery capability and leading software application delivery in the domain of parking automation from 2004 to 2006.

Their career started at Newgen Software, where they served as a Team Lead from 1999 to 2002, gaining valuable experience in Windows Programming, COM, BPM, Workflow, Information and Document Management, and Content Management for a flagship product.

Vatsalya Jain holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Strategy from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, which was earned between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they have a B Tech (Hons) degree in Computer Science from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences, completed from 1995 to 1999. Vatsalya Jain also possesses several certifications, including AWS Solution Architect Assoc from Simplilearn in 2022, CSM from Scrum Alliance in 2010, and PMP from PMI in 2009.
