Anuradha Satpute is an experienced professional in employee engagement and culture management, currently serving as the Colleague Engagement and Experience Manager at Informa since April 2023. With prior leadership roles including Head of Culture and Engagement at Zapp and Senior Customer Strategist at Culture Amp, Anuradha has successfully designed and implemented employee feedback programs across multiple countries. Experience spans extensive work with high-profile organizations such as EY, ORC International, and Gallup, focusing on employee listening strategies, diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives. Anuradha holds an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and additional qualifications including a Strengths Coach certification from Gallup University.
