Kathy Smart is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Informa Markets. Previously, Kathy held senior positions at Scotiabank, Toronto Finance International, vInspired, The Brokerage Citylink, and Robert Walters. Kathy has extensive experience in talent acquisition, development, and management, and has led various initiatives in the financial services and recruitment sectors. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature & Drama Joint Honours from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
