Charles Hatter has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications and project management.

Charles started their career in 1996 as a Manager of Engineering Design at SBC / AT&T, where they designed and managed telecom projects in the City of McKinney, TX. Here, they conducted surveys and engineered designs for various network topologies, including fiber optic and wireline systems.

In 2005, they became a Contract Telecommunications Engineer, working as a self-employed individual. Charles engineered fiber optic and copper cable projects within the AT&T franchise area, which involved aerial, buried, and underground facilities. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Instructor at El Centro Community College in Dallas, TX, where they trained AT&T Managers on splicing and testing copper facilities.

Following this, Charles worked as an Industrial Security professional at L-3 Communications from 2009 to 2010.

From 2010 to 2013, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Engineer, directly supporting Federal agencies' information transport system upgrades. Charles received commendation for their support in upgrading the White House Communications Agency ahead of schedule, resulting in cost savings.

In 2013, they joined DL GEORGE CONSTRUCTION as a Senior Engineer, and in 2016, they started working at Information Systems Solutions, Inc. as a Telecommunications Project Manager. In this role, they coordinated project management for projects throughout various Defense Logistics Agency locations, resolving Remedy tickets and providing support.

Lastly, Charles retired from their position as a Telecommunications Project Manager and Engineer in January 2022, having worked at Information Systems Solutions, Inc. until their retirement.

Charles Hatter has studied at Collin College, where they focused on Technical Engineering. Additionally, they attended Collin College in Plano, Texas, where they pursued studies in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
