Julie Schrank

Julie Schrank is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Infosec since October 2019. With a strong focus on driving account growth through multi-year renewals and cross-selling services, Julie plays a pivotal role in the sales process for the Infosec IQ training software. Prior to this, Julie held various positions at C.H. Robinson from May 2007 to September 2019, including Customer Key Account Manager and Customer Sales Account Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as an Event Coordinator for the Arthritis Foundation, where Julie managed fundraising campaigns, and working as a Computer and PC Consultant at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay while earning a BA in Communication with a focus on Electronic Media. Julie also completed training at Dale Carnegie in 2012.
