Kristy Laufer-Nelson

Kristy Laufer-Nelson joined InfoSync as Director of Learning and Development in 2020. Kristy’s primary role is to develop and implement InfoSync’s Learning and Development vision and strategy, ensuring that an agile learning environment exists where all employees and supervisors can develop the capabilities necessary to reach company objectives.

Prior to joining InfoSync, Kristy work for Royal Caribbean for 9 years in a learning and development capacity, and spent the past 8 years with Koch Industries in a variety of roles; Human Resource Leader, Organizational Development Consultant, and Organizational Change Leader for people, process and technology transformations.

Kristy earned a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University, a Master’s in Organization Development from Friends University, and is SPHR certified.
