Jayan Sen

Jayan Sen is the current Associate VP, Head of Learning & Development at Infosys. Jayan has been in this role since December 2010. Prior to joining Infosys, Jayan spent 12 years with BNSF Railway, where they served as Director, Talent Management and Organization Development. Jayan has also worked with The Ball Foundation as a Test and Selection Specialist and McGraw-Hill Higher Education as a Research Associate.

Jayan Sen's educational career includes obtaining a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University. Jayan also attended St. Stanislaus High School.
