Sushmita Pattnaik

Sushmita Pattnaik is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Lead Business HR and Human Resources Business Partner at Infosys since November 2021, Sushmita has previously held roles including HR Manager and HR Generalist at Codaemon LLC, where key achievements included the formulation and implementation of HR policies and the enhancement of the induction process. Early career experiences include positions at Cybernetics Software Pvt Ltd as HR Executive, and Paradeep Phosphates Limited, where an HR audit framework was designed.
