Sarah Muir

Sarah Muir is a seasoned professional in sales operations and business analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Sales Operations at Info-Tech Research Group since November 2021. In this role, Sarah leads a team of Salesforce Analysts and a Developer, focusing on optimizing the use of Salesforce for the Vendor Services division. Previously, Sarah worked at Ivey Business School at Western University for over eight years, culminating as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce, where responsibilities included overseeing the transition to Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Sarah’s experience also includes ownership of a freelance graphic design company, Lovebug Events, and various roles at Ivey Publishing, including Project Manager and Course Materials Coordinator.
