Cathy Chen

Cathy Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Partner and Global Talent Acquisition Advisor at INFOX Consulting Inc. since June 2021, focusing on recruitment in the video game and IT industries. Additionally, Cathy has been a Human Resource Consultant since March 2021, specializing in helping businesses build localized teams in Canada and establishing training systems. Prior to this, Cathy held the position of HRVP at ABC English from January 2013 to June 2020, where strategic HR policies were planned and recruitment initiatives were implemented. Cathy's earlier role as HR Manager at Easy English Cultural Communications Ltd from October 2006 to December 2012 involved managing the recruitment cycle for various positions.
