Adebayo Oshinaga

Adebayo Oshinaga has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adebayo is currently employed as the Legal, Risk & Compliance Manager at InfraCredit since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Transaction Legal - Senior Associate at InfraCredit from August 2019 to March 2021. Adebayo also gained experience as an Associate (Secondee) at Olaniwun Ajayi LP from July 2017 to July 2018. Adebayo served as a Legal Officer at NSIA: Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority from January 2016 to July 2017 and as a Legal Consultant at PML Advisory from September 2015 to November 2015. Earlier in their career, Adebayo worked as a Legal Intern at Elvira Salleras + Associates from January 2015 to March 2015, and as a Legal Intern at Wahab Shittu & Co in 2010. Adebayo was also the Co Founder of Impact Organisation from 2010 to 2012 and worked as an Administrative Officer at Best Buy, Ife in 2009.

Adebayo Oshinaga obtained an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) from the Alliance Manchester Business School in 2023. Prior to that, in 2015, they received a BL degree from the Nigerian Law School, specializing in Law. At some point in their education, they also pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at the Obafemi Awolowo University, but the specific years are not provided. Alongside their formal education, Adebayo has obtained various certifications, including ICA Associate Membership from the International Compliance Association in September 2022. Adebayo is also an Associate Member of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria and holds the certification of BL (Nigerian Law School- 2nd Class upper) from the Nigerian Bar Association. Additionally, they are a Certified Member of the OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group) and a Member of the International Compliance Association.
