Carlos Barajas

Carlos Barajas has extensive experience in the energy industry, having held senior leadership positions at IEnova, where they served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Operations starting in 2013. Carlos currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Clean Energy at Sempra Infrastructure since November 2021.

Carlos Barajas completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional in 1992. Carlos then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from The University of British Columbia from 1995 to 2000. In 1997, they also completed another Master's degree in Management from the same university. In 2007, Carlos obtained a Master's degree in Business and Economics from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
