Carol Terrando

Carol Terrando has been in the Human Resources field since 2006. Carol began their career at Flextronics as a Sr. HR Manager, where they were a tactical and strategic HR business partner for this leading international Electronics Manufacturer. Carol supervised up to 4 HR support and training personnel and supported over 400 employees after joining as employee number 8. In 2012, they moved to Trafficware Group as the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Infrastructure Networks, where they are responsible for contributing to the business strategy and working with the business leaders to develop companywide strategies guided by overall organizational goals. Through collaboration with the CEO, they are directly responsible for promoting positive employee relations and effective human resources policies, programs and practices.

Carol Terrando holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Carol also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in September 2020.
