Melanie Carter has over two decades of experience in management and training roles across various industries. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at Infused Solutions, LLC since June 2012, Melanie oversees daily operations for over 150 contracted employees at the Defense Logistic Agency, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective execution of task orders. Prior to this, Melanie held positions as Children Lead/New Hire Trainer at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from April 1999 to June 2012, and as Corrections/Department Coordinator at TDCJ-ID from October 1990 to February 2011, showcasing a diverse skill set in leadership and employee development.
