Candy Marco

Candy Marco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program leadership and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as Program Lead at ING Italia since March 2023, Candy previously held the role of Chief Operations Officer at ING Philippines from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior roles include Head of Transformation and Portfolio Management Office at ING from 2019 to May 2022, where Candy oversaw the execution of change initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President at Citi, managing project implementation for APAC systems, and leading transition and transformation efforts at HP Enterprise Services. With initial experience in client services at Rainmaker Asia and workforce management at TeleTech, Candy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from De La Salle University.
