Zeynep Mergen

Zeynep Mergen currently serves as the Talent Management Senior Manager at ING Türkiye since July 2023, following a previous role as Senior HR Business Partner at the same organization from December 2019 to April 2022. Mergen's extensive experience includes a tenure at Vodafone from July 2011 to July 2019, where roles included Vodafone Group Human Resources Manager and Talent & Employer Branding Manager, focusing on talent strategy and employer branding initiatives. Prior experience also includes a position as Assistant Customer Experience Manager at BankPozitif from January 2007 to July 2011. Mergen holds an MSc in Management from Istanbul Bilgi University and a BSc in Communication from Marmara University.
