Denise Rineer

Denise Rineer has over 20 years of experience in the IT and Quality Assurance field. Denise began their career in 2000 as a Support Analyst for Encompix Software Inc., where they were quickly promoted to Help Desk Manager in July 2000. In 2007, they moved to Sunny Delight Beverage Co. as a Finance & Logistics Application Support Leader, where they worked with end users to identify and improve business processes, customizations, new software, and bug fixes. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an IT Contractor JD Edwards QA Lead/Analyst for PSI Group. During this time, they led the QA effort and conducted testing on a large financial integration into JD Edwards with 30 plus interfaces. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an IT Contractor Project Manager/Business Analyst/QA Analyst for Ascendum Solutions. Denise then moved to COMSYS in 2010 as a QA Team Lead (Contractor) for Citigroup N.A., where they were hired on by Citigroup from their contracting position. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Citigroup N.A. as a V.P. Sr. Test Analyst/Lead. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they worked at Ameritas as an IT Manager - Quality Assurance. In 2018, they began working at Ingage Partners as a Senior QA Consultant.

Denise Rineer obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Herzing University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1988 to 1990, studying Accounting.
