Kelsey Woodyard, aPHR, has held a variety of roles since 2014. Kelsey began their career at Hamilton County Job and Family Services as a Co-Op in 2014. Kelsey then moved on to Mount St. Joseph University, where they held the roles of Office of Admission Co-Op and Lead Campus Ambassador from 2014-2016. In 2016, they interned at Cincinnati State as a BSW Counseling Services Intern. In 2017, they returned to Hamilton County Job and Family Services as a Caseworker. From 2018-2021, they held roles at St. Joseph Orphanage as a Therapist, Lighthouse Youth Services as a Facilitator, and Women Helping Women of SW Ohio as an After Hours Advocate, Volunteer Manager, and Law Enforcement Advocate. Currently, they are a People and Recruiting Specialist at both Revision Collective and Ingage Partners.

Kelsey Woodyard obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Work from Mount St. Joseph University in 2017. In March 2018, they were licensed as a Social Worker by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board. In November 2022, Kelsey obtained their Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI. In June 2022, they also obtained certifications in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, as well as a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller.
