Coleman Grehan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting from 2014, Coleman worked as a Guest Services Attendant at AMF for one year before joining Zambrero as a Team Member in 2016. In the same year, Coleman also served as a Front Office All Rounder at Accor. In 2018, Coleman became a Front Office Team Leader at Mercure North Quay & Ibis Brisbane before transitioning to the role of Front Office Assistant Manager and later Reservations Assistant Manager at Novotel Brisbane South Bank in 2018. Coleman's work at Novotel included training staff, handling guest complaints, and assisting with property management system modifications. Coleman joined TFE Hotels in 2020 as a Reservations Manager at The Calile Hotel, where they were responsible for developing standard operating procedures and training staff, while also acting as the primary on-site revenue contact. In 2021, Coleman became a Multi-Hotel Reservations Sales Manager at Accor, and in 2022, they joined Ingenia Communities Group as a Cluster Revenue Analyst.

Coleman Grehan obtained a Graduate Certificate of Creative Industries from SAE Institute Australia in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma at Queensland Academy for Creative Industries from 2010 to 2012.
