Jean-Yves Dumoulin

Jean-Yves Dumoulin serves as IP & Litigations Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at Ingenico since February 2023. Prior experience includes Corporate Legal Counsel at RHEA Group from April 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing, reviewing, and drafting various contracts and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements internationally. Previously, Jean-Yves held the position of Senior Legal Counsel for ICE SA | Ice-Watch® from March 2012 to December 2016, leading anti-counterfeiting initiatives, managing intellectual property rights, and overseeing brand protection strategies. Earlier roles include Trademark & Design Attorney at Kirkpatrick SA and Avocat at Dehin & Associés, specializing in intellectual property law. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Brussels School of Competition and various degrees in law from FUNDP and UCL.
