John McBride

Product Support Manager at Ingenious Med

John McBride has worked in various roles since 2004. John began their career as a Team Lead at Chick-fil-A Restaurants in 2004, followed by a Computer Technician role at the City of Carrollton in 2007. In 2011, they moved to Greenway Health, where they held the roles of Technical Manager and Technical Team Lead. In 2013, they became Lead Graphic Designer at Emma's Place. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as Product Support Manager at Ingenious Med, where they are responsible for delivering best in class customer service to 80,000 client users spread across the United States.

John McBride obtained their BS in Management Information Systems, General from the University of West Georgia between 2004 and 2008. John then went on to earn a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Walden University between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they received a Certified Automatic Timing Operator certification from USA Swimming in January 2019.
