Austin Rosa

Austin Rosa has had a diverse work experience. Austin started in 2019 as a Recruiter at The Axel Group, a staffing and recruiting firm. Austin was responsible for the entire recruiting process, including screening candidates through a three-pronged interview process. In 2021, they worked as part of the Virginia Tech Football Strength and Conditioning team. Currently, Austin is working at INGENIOUS.BUILD, where they hold the roles of Team Lead and Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Austin Rosa has a diverse education history. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Rutgers University–New Brunswick and earned two Bachelor of Science degrees. Austin'sfield of study for both degrees was Political Science and Economics respectively. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, Austin pursued a Master of Science degree in Leadership at Virginia Tech. Continuing their education at the same institution, from 2020 to 2023, they obtained a Master of Technology degree in Educational/Instructional Technology.
