Natalie Bell

Natalie Bell has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Director of Sales at Ingentive since 2019. Before that, they worked at Glasgow Life as a Community Programme Specialist from 2018 to 2019, where they oversaw various aspects of children and family provisioning and expanded community services. Prior to that, Natalie worked at Quarriers from 2012 to 2018, holding positions such as Inclusion, Learning and Development Co-ordinator, Coaching for Life Co-ordinator, and Community Development Officer. In these roles, they ensured inclusive approaches were embedded in projects, organized consultations, delivered person-centered support, and developed inclusion and participation strategies. Natalie also focused on working with children and families facing difficulties due to social issues.

Natalie Bell completed their Master's degree in Community Learning and Development at the University of Glasgow from 2013 to 2015. Natalie also holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Dundee.
