Curro Violero Pérez de Madrid has a diverse and extensive work experience. Curro started their career in 2000 at Ingeteam, where they held various roles over the years. From April 2000 to December 2013, they worked as a Technical Specialist in Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental Management in the Service Division. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating functional areas related to health and safety, as well as implementing management systems and certifications in different countries and activities. From January 2014 onwards, they served as the HSQE Manager for the Service Division, overseeing health, safety, quality, and environmental aspects of the business. Currently, they are the Global Director of HSQE Service & HSQE Culture Communication and Training at Ingeteam. Additionally, from March 2005 to April 2010, Curro Violero Pérez de Madrid worked as a Professor in the Master's program in Occupational Risk Prevention at UCLM.

Curro Violero Pérez de Madrid has a diverse education history. In 1995 to 1999, they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Industrial at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. Continuing their education, they attended CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborles degree in the field of Seguridad en el trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada.

Curro also expanded their knowledge in business management by attending Fundesem Business School in 2009 to 2010, where they completed a CADE - MBA degree with a focus on Gestión de Empresas. Additionally, in 2008, they received a qualification as a Gestor de los Sistemas de la Calidad from Asociación Española para la Calidad.

To complement their education in the field of labor risk prevention, Curro completed a Curso de especialización jurídica y pericial para profesionales de PRL at Fundación Agustin de Betancourt in 2021, which covered Estudios jurídicos, general. In the same year, they earned a certification as an Auditor de Sistemas de Gestión de la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales from A.ENOR.

Furthermore, Curro obtained a FIRST CERTIFICATE B2 LEVEL certification from Cambridge Assessment English, although the exact date of completion is unknown.
